Commercial Litigation Partner

Our client is one of the world's largest disputes firms, renowned for providing comprehensive and international counsel and representation. They are looking for an experience Commercial Litigation Partner. Specialising in offering strategic, commercial, and timely advice tailored to each client, as a trusted legal counsel to leading international businesses, you will navigate the complexities of the fast-paced, evolving marketplace, aligning solutions with business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Providing pre-contract risk management and targeted negotiation strategies.
- Developing alternative dispute resolution strategies.
- Offering insurance coverage guidance.
- Assisting in hearings, motions, trials, and appeals globally.
- Navigating complex multi-party or multi-jurisdictional disputes.
- Collaborating with clients to identify and manage related issues impacting operational strength and financial well-being.
- Advising on reputation management, media, regulatory, and governmental implications.
- Utilising innovative resources, technology, e-discovery, and strategic negotiation.
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in commercial litigation.
- Strong project-management skills and dedication to delivering value to clients.
- Knowledge of diverse sectors and industries.
- Ability to handle disputes of varying sizes and profiles.
- Familiarity with emergency situations, including pre-emptive remedies like injunctions and asset-tracing orders.
- First-hand experience in litigation or arbitration in diverse jurisdictions.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
