Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Product Manager dedicated to our Patient App Experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mobile product management and a passion for improving patient care through innovative digital solutions. Experience in healthcare, particularly in care delivery, is a plus but not required.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Experience Management: Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for our Patient App, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience.
  • Digital Solution Launches: Successfully launch consumer-facing digital products, with a proven track record of taking a product from concept to market (0-100 launch).
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with design and engineering teams to build out feature roadmaps, write feature requirements, and ensure timely delivery of product features.
  • Strategic Decision-Making: Facilitate decision-making processes with senior leadership, ensuring alignment with overall product strategy and company goals.
  • Program Management Flexibility: Flex into program management functions, including managing notes, action items, status reports, executive decks, and tracking progress.
  • Roadmapping & Feature Tracking: Utilize roadmapping and feature tracking software, such as Aha, to effectively manage product development and delivery.
  • Governance & Reporting: Develop and deliver strategy decks, provide regular status reports, and manage governance processes to ensure product alignment with business objectives.
  • Journey Work: Focus on the patient journey, particularly in care delivery areas such as appointments, prescriptions, and other key interactions within the app.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience launching digital, consumer-facing solutions on at least one digital product.
  • Strong experience in product lifecycle development.
  • Experience working closely with design and engineering teams.
  • Ability to write comprehensive feature requirements and build out feature roadmaps.
  • Familiarity with roadmapping and feature tracking software; experience with Aha is a plus.
  • Ability to work flexibly and manage ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills, with experience writing strategy decks and presenting to senior leadership.
  • Experience in healthcare, specifically in care delivery, is a plus.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in healthcare product management.
  • Familiarity with care delivery processes and patient journey mapping.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
