Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Smart Growth: Proactively analyze and solve problems, anticipate outcomes, and implement systems to optimize resource use, ensuring Methodist Fremont Health's long-term success.
  • Participative Decision-Making: Support and promote NMH College of Allied Health Imaging Services, serve as a liaison for physicians, patients, and families, enhance customer experience, build community relationships, and maintain regular campus visits.
  • Focus on Efficiency: Develop and manage project plans, prioritize tasks, allocate resources, address issues promptly, encourage initiative and excellence, maintain strong relationships, and ensure timely communication and meeting deadlines.
  • Patient Care & Customer Service Improvement: Maintain confidentiality, meet age-specific criteria, seize opportunities for performance improvement, make challenging decisions, set high standards, provide constructive feedback, and consult on major changes for effective outcomes.
  • Leadership & Team Development: Select and mentor team members, leverage strengths, develop skills, prepare staff for advancement, resolve conflicts, encourage open communication, foster pride in team achievements, and conduct performance evaluations with fairness and consistency.

Salary:

  • Starting at $81,952 and may increase based on work history/experience.


Job Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in an imaging-related field required, OR an Associate’s degree in an imaging-related field with a Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or leadership required. Master’s degree preferred.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of clinical experience required, including 3 years in a supervisory role.
  • Licenses/Certifications: Current licensure/certification as a Registered Nurse (RN), American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in Radiography (R), or Certified Nuclear Medical Technologist (CNMT) required. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred.
