Commercial Lines Client Service Representative

Summary: Client Service Representative reports to the Director of Client Service of the agency with the function of assisting account managers with daily processing tasks. This role is an integral part of the agency's function, and the goal is to grow into an account manager when the agency book of business qualifies for this move.
Expectation:
- Gain Knowledge of commercial lines insurance and processes
- Collaborate with team members and management to better the agency and teams within.
- Assist with client retention by providing exceptional service to team members and fast processing of takes.
Functions include, but are not limited to:
- Process Certificates of Insurance and Evidence of Property Insurance for clients per requests.
- Add additional insured endorsements to policies as needed
- Process policy endorsements per Account Managers requests
- Track, issue and enter Bonds for customers. Send out Bond forms to clients and renew all Bonds in the agency management system.
- Pull MOD worksheets from NCCI for current customers as needed.
- Pull CCPAP forms from NCCI for current customers as needed
- Process MVRs for current and new customers as needed.
- Create Auto ID cards and schedules, when necessary.
- Use AMS systems to document activities and internal/external communications.
- Download Policies into 360, send download report to Account Managers.
- Attach policy documents that don’t download direct from carrier.
- Send recommendations to clients and track progress.
- Assist Reception during lunch and time off.
- Maintain a positive attitude and self-motivation.
- Work well independently and with the team.
