You will be responsible for:

  • Oversee daily operations and P&L of the plant to ensure efficiency, cost and safety.
  • Manage production schedules and coordinate with various departments to meet project deadlines.
  • Monitor quality control and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Lead and train plant staff, fostering a productive and safe work environment.
  • Implement and manage cost-control measures to optimize plant performance and reduce expenses.


Required experienced:

  • 5 years experience in a construction or industrial environment
  • Experience in plant/ general management
  • Preferably working within a steel mill
