Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Hotel Receptionist located in Charlotte, NC. The Hotel Receptionist will be responsible for greeting and checking in guests, handling reservations and phone calls, and other receptionist duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication skills
  • Receptionist Duties experience in a hotel or similar setting
  • Experience with Reservations systems
  • Excellent Phone Etiquette
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field is a plus
