POSITION SUMMARY

The HR Manager will assist with HR activities within Cardone Ventures such as performance reviews, one-on-ones, and employee development, in addition to supporting with recruitment as needed.


Key fundamentals of this role include streamlining the onboarding process, guiding new team members through Orientation, and enhancing processes in the employee life cycle. The successful candidate will possess a breadth of knowledge in these areas, as well as the ability to work and collaborate effectively within a highly team-centric environment.

OBJECTIVES

  • Hit recruitment goals on a monthly basis by target start date, and support other TA Specialists with a role that may be falling behind
  • Execute strategic planning that tailors hiring, benefits, career development, succession planning and employee policies to help drive business goals
  • Proactively identify ways to make Cardone Ventures’ more competitive from a recruitment standpoint and attract higher levels of talent
  • Oversee recruitment ad spend by ensuring roles are posted at a rate based on priority, and that filled roles are closed immediately to avoid overspending
  • Assist with the onboarding of new team members from an administrative standpoint, and identify solutions to improve the process
  • Assist with writing HR policies and ensure teams are held accountable to adhering to the changes
  • Assist with the development of incentive metrics and hold managers accountable to developing ideas that align with the position, along with ensuring tracking methods are in place
  • Review department headcount trackers on a monthly basis to ensure that 1:1 forms are properly uploaded and incentive comp is tracker
  • Lead weekly audits of employee files to ensure all proper documentation is saved and signed as needed
  • Represent Cardone Ventures & 10X Brand throughout the interview process through an engaging candidate experience


COMPETENCIES

  • Mastery understanding of how to evaluate candidates from a culture standpoint to determine alignment with Cardone Ventures
  • Ability to expedite the interview process by finding ways to move candidates through quickly
  • Basic understanding of employment law and regulations to develop company policies
  • Knowledge of CV policies and how they apply in the workplace
  • Understanding of how to optimize job descriptions and Employee Maturity Model competencies effectively
  • Can reduce the amount of case studies/core values required before a role is closed through expert knowledge of the technical competencies required
  • Can proactively bring problems with potential solutions to the HR Leader
  • Ability to maintain all employee relations matters completely confidential, regardless of the situation or individuals involved
  • High attention to detail in order to conduct effective audits of employee files and maintain proper documentation
  • Advanced knowledge of how to operate within an HRIS


EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • At least 7 years’ Recruitment/HR experience


PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
