Where You’ll Fit

We are seeking a talented and creative Visual Graphic Designer with at least 2 years of professional experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital visual design and a keen eye for detail. You will play a key role in creating compelling visual content for our digital channels, including emails, digital ads, and social media. This role will report directly to our Art Director who will provide feedback and mentorship as well as work closely with our Senior Visual Designer.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design visually engaging emails that align with our brand identity and marketing goals.
  • Create digital advertisements for various platforms, ensuring they capture the attention of our target audience.
  • Develop eye-catching social media visuals to drive engagement and promote our leather goods.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute creative concepts.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of the brand's visual guidelines.
  • Ensure all designs are optimized for digital platforms and devices.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital design.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in an agency or other in-house environment
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Strong understanding of digital design principles and best practices.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Portfolio showcasing relevant design work.
