Job Description
Quality Movement Restoration, LLC is currently seeking an enthusiastic and detail oriented Client Care Coordinator who will be pivotal in supporting our clients, CEO, and staff. You will oversee client/ staff schedules, clinic operations, and digital/email marketing. This role’s primary goals are to convert new and maintain loyal clients, create and maintain clinic operations, and assist in making a meaningful impact growing the brand. Our Client Care Coordinator is expected to uphold our culture of quality, excellence, and accountability daily as a representative and member of our team.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- Proficient with Microsoft Office/ Google Drive, Social Media Platforms, Email Marketing
- Self starter who is coachable and enjoys being part of a team
- Familiar with exercise and movement (i.e running, triathlons, CrossFit, Powerlifting, HIIT, etc) with a passion for health/wellness
Responsibilities
Admin
- Checks and responds to all communication inquiries daily via phone, email, social media, text messages
- Conducts Weekly Note Check and Prepares Weekly/Monthly Meeting Agenda
- Patient Scheduling / Follow Up
- New Leads, Lost Patients, Canceled Patients, Periodic Follow Up
- Manage Lead Tracker
- Process Payments and track Accounts Receivable
- Maintain staff and patient schedule
- Clean Clinic / Maintain Clinic Equipment
- Inventory Supplies (as needed)
- Update Metrics/KPI (Weekly & Monthly)
- Manage Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
- Maintain Retail Inventory
- Manage Business Referrals
- Manage Patients EMR
- Process Official Records Requests (i.e Superbills) as needed
- Manage Train Admin Staff, Students & Interns (as needed)
Marketing
- Collaborate, prepare, and send weekly newsletter
- Manage YouTube, Facebook & IG accounts. This includes posting daily via IG and other social channels as needed
- Assist with Social Media & Google Ads
- Assist in coordinating & planning Events/Workshops/Clinics
- Take Videos for YouTube & HEP
- Identify, Meet and Coordinate with potential marketing/referral contacts
- Manage Email marketing software (ActiveCampaign)
Digital Programming
- Assist Physical Therapists with Digital Programming
- Maintain Online Programs
- Assist with Maintaining Exercises on EMR (Electronic Media Record) system
