Join Our Team as the Director of Call Center Operations
Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for optimizing patient recruitment in clinical research? We're on the lookout for a dedicated and experienced Director of Call Center Operations to join our innovative team and drive success in our patient recruitment efforts.
This is initially a 12-month contract role. If your performance is satisfactory, they may offer you a permanent position, which could happen anytime between the third and twelfth month. The permanent salary on offer is $85,000.
🌟 What You'll Do:
As the Director of Call Center Operations, you will:
- Lead and Inspire: Directly manage the clinical research patient recruitment team, providing support and guidance to ensure top-notch performance.
- Optimize Recruitment Strategies: Design and maintain efficient recruitment processes to ensure the optimization of study protocols and participation.
- Team Development: Build a high-performing Patient Recruitment team, ensuring optimal engagement and productivity.
- Communication Excellence: Oversee and enhance communications between Patient Recruiters and patient subjects.
- Productivity Management: Maintain staff schedules, assess productivity levels, and implement strategies to enhance recruitment capabilities.
- Ethical Oversight: Ensure all recruitment strategies adhere to ethical standards and compliance regulations.
- Innovate and Improve: Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategies to elevate our recruitment capabilities.
🛠 Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Comply with company policies and confidentiality standards.
- Train and manage staff in best practices.
- Track and analyze recruitment goals and productivity.
- Coordinate with quality control to optimize recruitment outcomes.
- Refine and document recruitment processes.
- Ensure 7-day/week coverage and maintain staff schedules.
🎓 Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you will need:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, a life science, or comparable related experience.
- Experience:
- 5+ years in large-scale intake recruitment activities (patient-based recruitment is a plus).
- 5+ years managing teams of 30+ people.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in customer service and management.
- Exceptional communication, project management, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with medical terminology and databases is a plus.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Proven ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines in a rapidly changing environment.
