Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in organizing and conducting training classes.
  • Schedule training sessions and coordinate logistics, including room bookings and equipment setup.
  • Prepare training materials, presentations, and documentation for training sessions.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires by providing training materials and guidance.
  • Assist in placing new hires into the company's portal and tracking their progress.
  • Collaborate with QA team members and other departments to ensure training needs are met.
  • Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback.
  • Continuously assess and improve training programs based on feedback and industry best practices.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of High School degree or Associate’s degree
  • Proven experience in training coordination or a similar role, preferably in the QA field.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Experience working with learning management systems (LMS) is a plus.
