POSITION OVERVIEW:

The "Senior Immigration Paralegal - O-1/EB-1" is responsible for preparing O-1/EB-1 cases. This includes drafting sample recommendation letters, Letters of Support, forms, compiling case packets, etc., under supervision of Case Managers, Case Directors, and Attorneys.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain ongoing communication with the client regarding their case by e-mail and phone.

• Review strategy prepared by Case Manager and Attorneys.

• Identify necessary documentation required from petitioner and beneficiary.

• Work with clients, and request information and documentation from the client in a timely manner.

• Draft supporting documentation, including petitioner/beneficiary letters, affidavits, etc.

• Fill out forms.

• Compile the case, including forms, supporting documentation, and exhibits.

• Review and implement edits from Case Manager and Attorney(s).

• Evaluate cases and assist in the preparation of the strategy.


WORK EXPERIENCE:

• You absolutely must have significant experience in drafting O-1/EB-1 petitions. You are joining a specialized team that only does this.

  • Russian language knowledge is a requirement (written and verbal)


MINIMUM EDUCATION LEVEL:

• Bachelor's degree or Paralegal Certificate
