Ayokay is seeking a sales executive with web and marketing experience.
We are a marketing and web design agency with purpose. Whether helping public health organizations grow their authority, promoting healthy living and family fun, or creating a more equitable world, Ayokay works with brands and organizations that make the world a happier, healthier place.
Our offering includes web design & development, SEO & Content Strategy, Custom application development, and fully integrated marketing campaigns, including PPC/web/social advertising, geofence advertising, social media, content marketing, email marketing and more.
Role: Looking for a superstar candidate with prior experience driving sales and revenue growth by selling websites, digital marketing, and/or app projects and retainers. Ideal candidate has worked in agency sales for at least 2 years with proven pipeline and closing experience.
Function: Account Executive and Sales Lead
Skills:

- Tracking projections, staying on top of status and “why” of status with a game plan created to overcome obstacles.
- Attention to detail
- Hubspot CRM, Google Sheets, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Slack
KPIs:
- Daily sales management goals
- Monthly and quarterly sales goals
- Attend weekly team meetings and daily huddles
Function:
- Driving new revenue through consultative discovery and solutions sales.
- Work cold and warm leads towards an appointment.
- Guide prospects through a multi-interaction sales process from Qualification, Discovery, Proposal Presentation, and Close.
- Engaging prospects and knowing who they are, their goals, and how they align with our core offering.
- Checking in with potential clients on a daily basis
- Become an expert in all services offered by Ayokay
- Attend weekly team meetings and knowing your numbers at the beginning of every meeting (actual numbers, projections, and if you’re on pace)
- Be proactive with asking questions and getting help with what you’re experiencing on the calls and any reason why you aren’t hitting your numbers.
- Update your personal projections & numbers sheet daily.
- Update the team tracking sheet daily. Tracking successes and failures and creating processes around both to ensure future success
Time commitment:
This is a full-time opportunity, preferably working within business hours set in the USA Eastern Time Zone.
This is a high client touch position that requires client engagement at a high level. This position will require ownership of the sales process and the overall prospective client engagement and experience.
Compensation:
- Base salary + competitive commission
- On quota earnings at $100k+, with the right mindset and drive, you can get to $200K+
