Job Description: The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of experience managing IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. The Senior IT Project Manager will oversee all aspects of projects, set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor and summarize progress. Responsibilities:

  • Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
  • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with clients, third parties, and vendors.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  • Lead Agile/Scrum processes including facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability within the project team.
  • Provide regular project updates to stakeholders and senior management.


Qualifications:

  • Proven working experience as a Project Manager in the IT sector with over 7 years of experience.
  • Agile/Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM) is strongly preferred.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is a plus.
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong working knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field; or equivalent work experience.
  • Demonstrated experience with software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes and methodologies.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with a keen focus on delivery and quality.


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in managing remote and distributed teams.
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.
  • Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically.
  • Experience in stakeholder management and a demonstrated ability to influence and lead.
  • Technical expertise in .NET, C#, Vue.js, Azure Cloud, and Backend API development.
  • Experience running Scrum processes and being Agile Certified (CSM, PSM).
