Currently we are seeking an experienced individual to join our Information Technology Team as a Corporate Software Trainer at our Fort Dodge, IA Headquarters or West Des Moines, IA office. This position will play a key role in developing Decker team members in their knowledge and use of the McLeod Software as well as other systems. This position will be responsible for training in all departments utilizing multiple areas/modules within the software.

Corporate Software Trainer Responsibilities

•Create and deliver standard training programs for multiple positions within the company

•Develop quarterly training material for various positions within the organization

•Identify areas where additional training may be needed based on helpdesk requests, etc.

•Develop SOPs for new processes/process changes and monitor to ensure processes are being followed

•Travel to all company terminals as needed to execute training with team members

•Other duties as assigned

 

Corporate Software Trainer Qualifications

•BA or BS preferred with 3-5 years’ experience

•Corporate communication and presentation skills

•Working knowledge of McLeod Software

•Ability to work and train in the Microsoft suite

•Ability to produce and maintain Standard operating processes & procedures; Ability to document processes and instructions in a clear, concise manner

•Ability to deliver training material clearly and professionally in both a group setting or one-on-one

•Drivers License required for travel
