The role will be responsible for setting up, tracking, and managing projects daily, fostering transparency and accountability across the organization. The Lead will utilize top-notch project management tools such as Workday, MS Excel, and other leading tools to drive consistency and efficiency in timesheet tracking and project execution.
Core responsibilities of the Lead BPA will include weekly timesheet capture for project consultants and producing detailed weekly timesheet status reports. Requires ability to work across geographic locations, organizational teams, and multiple strategic initiatives at the same time.
Key Responsibilities
- Design: Creates flowcharts, process maps, and diagrams. Supports cross-functional activities and working sessions during the initiative’s design phases.
- Implementation: Designs and prepares process documentation, training materials, and communications supporting new processes. May deliver training to impacted business units.
- Governance: Establishing processes and standards to ensure projects are set up consistently and effectively in Workday. Ensures resources are loaded timely into and out of projects.
- Improve Efficiency: Researches analyzes, and recommends changes to an organization's business processes to improve operational efficiencies, quality, service, and profitability. Collects and studies operational and performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Mentoring: Guiding junior project managers, providing training and best practices sharing.
- Strategic Alignment: Aligns the group's objectives with RTS’s strategic initiatives
- Risk Management: Identifying, assessing, and managing project risks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in sciences, engineering, or business
- Proven track record of success in process management, documentation, and efficiency improvement roles with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Demonstrated expertise in the Services and Consulting industry.
- Strong understanding of business processes, requirements, risk, and resource management
- Demonstrates resiliency with the ability to quickly adapt and thrive in the face of changes and challenges.
