Telepictures Productions is seeking a talented YouTube Content Producer to help edit and schedule content for upcoming YouTube channels.


Responsibilities

  • Work closely within a team of editors in executing a strategy for daily video content across multiple YouTube channels.
  • Take responsibility for the channels you oversee and work to facilitate their growth.
  • Using the Adobe suite (primarily Premiere), edit videos quickly to meet weekly schedules and demands.
  • Pull clips from source material (TV show or film) and edit in the various social formats, including for YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat, TikTok, and/or Instagram.
  • Utilize After Effects and PhotoShop, or similar programs, as needed to enhance videos.
  • Create video montages and edit original footage.
  • Upload all clips to YouTube and handle the associated meta data and tagging.
  • Manage deadlines and workflows with quick, reliable communication.
  • Report weekly analytics to stakeholders and suggest ways to improve channel performance.
  • Look for opportunities to elevate creative by using your creative and technical knowledge, and by monitoring consumer trends.
  • Maintain brand identity for all content even on tight deadlines across a handful of different brands.
  • Ability to work autonomously, while maintaining a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.


Job Requirements

  •    Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in a related role or field.
  •    Strong knowledge using YouTube Studio (scheduling content, performance analytics, monetization).
  • Advanced level knowledge of Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, Encoder, and After Effects (and working across these programs cohesively).
  •    Knowledge of post-production workflows and organization (syncing sound, color correction, transcoding, etc.)
  •    Have a proven track record of on-time and high-quality project delivery.
  •    Multi-task well and handle editing while also working on other projects and requests.
  •    Work well in a fast-paced environment, deadline-driven, and work quickly and efficiently.
  •    Enjoy being part of a team, have a collaborative nature and a sense of humor.
  •    Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  •    Ability to conceptualize how to take the creative further with a video edit.
  •    Ability to manage workload, effectively communicate internally, meet deadlines, etc.
  •    Must love Film and TV

   Bonus points if:

  •    Knowledgeable in podcast editing (Audio editing, sound design, mixing and mastering, etc).
  • Comfortable navigating audio controls to optimize sound for hosts and guests.
  •    Know how to shoot video and understand basic lighting.
  •    Intermediate knowledge with Avid.
