Job Description:
- Identify and qualify potential leads through cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and B2B Database to generate sales opportunities.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the target’s products or services to effectively communicate benefits and features to prospective clients.
- Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to track and record sales activities, notes, and outcomes for each contact made.
- Handle objections and overcome challenges to secure sales agreements.
- Create a book of business for upcoming Grand Openings.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Participate in sales training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Proactively identify new lead opportunities through several media and communication methods.
- Sharing your knowledge and helping customers on a variety of products using a customer focused approach
- Sending personal, strategic, value-add emails, calls and social messages.
