As a Civil Engineer specializing in land development, you'll play a pivotal role in bringing innovative projects to life, from residential subdivisions to commercial developments and everything in between. What You'll Do:


🏗️ Lead the design and engineering of land development projects, including site layout, grading, drainage, utilities, and roadways.

🌳 Navigate complex regulatory requirements and zoning ordinances to ensure project compliance and approval.

💡 Provide technical expertise and guidance throughout the project lifecycle, from conceptual design to construction completion.

📊 Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including architects, planners, and environmental specialists, to deliver integrated solutions that exceed client expectations.

🚀 Drive innovation and sustainability in land development practices, incorporating green infrastructure, stormwater management, and smart growth principles.


What We're Looking For:


🔍 Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (Still in college? We encourage you to apply).

💼 Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.

🔧 Proven experience in land development engineering, with a strong understanding of site design, stormwater management, and regulatory requirements.

📐 Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other design software.

🤝 Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and interact with clients and stakeholders.
