Summary:
We are seeking a CSR Quality Manager to join our team.
Must-Haves:
- Minimum of seven (7) years of Central Sterile Processing experience and 1 year of Certified endoscope reprocessing experience
- Minimum of one (1) year of leadership experience
- Demonstrated experience in project management and performance improvement
- Associate degree (Business management or healthcare leadership preferred) required; Bachelor’s degree preferred, required within 3 years of hire
- Certified Registered Central Service Technician through HSPA or CBSPD and Certified Endoscope Re-processor through HSPA or CBSPD
Responsibilities:
- Lead quality, compliance, and education for the CSR department.
- Act as primary contact for CSR and high-level disinfection process initiation, compliance adherence, and tracking of quality and auditing activities.
- Utilize a strong background in Sterile Processing workflow to develop and maintain a quality assurance program.
- Work under the direction of the Director, of Perioperative Services and collaborate closely with the Manager, Central Sterile Reprocessing, and leaders of surgical, procedural, ambulatory, and clinical areas.
- Develop processes and contribute to education, in-servicing, competency validation, and auditing as it pertains to regulatory requirements and policies and procedures at perioperative, procedural, and ambulatory sites.
