This is a contract-to-hire role:
Our Client is growing and needs to expand the Infrastructure team. Technology and data are a competitive advantage and the Infrastructure team architects and implements technical solutions for the Company. The Infrastructure team works closely with the Software Development team to align with the priorities and needs of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take extreme ownership and become a subject matter expert on the systems you are responsible for.
- Must be able to think creatively and demonstrate analytical and long-term resolution-oriented problem-solving skills.
- Over time become cross-functional in multiple technologies. Be open, curious, committed to learning.
- Have a positive customer service attitude and maintain a high level of communication integrity and transparency.
- Be quick to respond to day-to-day customer support needs and have strong troubleshooting abilities.
- Maintains relationships with 3rd party resources to implement technological solutions.
- Create/modify technical and procedural documentation for various systems on a regular basis.
- Be willing to acknowledge weaknesses and learn from others.
- Display transparent communication skills with team members during daily and weekly meeting.
Must Have Skills & Experience:
- Microsoft Technologies: Active Directory, Exchange, Servers, O365 etc.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 7+ years working experience in Information Technology.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
- Azure, VMware, Palo Alto Firewall, SQL DB administration, Storage Technology, Networking, Spam Filter / Antivirus
- Ex-military a plus

Schedule:
- Standard work week is 47.5 hours (6:30am - 4pm or 7am-4:30pm)
- Monday to Friday and 1 half day Saturday per month.
