Position Description:


A vital member of the leadership team, the Director of Financial Planning & Analysis is responsible for providing timely, relevant and accurate reporting and analysis of financial performance. This role reports to the Senior Director of Financial Planning and Analysis and plays a key role in supporting senior

leadership and regional operators throughout the organization. The successful candidate will improve overall visibility of business drivers and insight, improve the efficiency of key processes, effectively lead and mentor direct reports and be an integral part of the business achieving its business objectives.


Duties and Responsibilities:


• Responsible for managing the annual budget process and forecasting (cash forecasts, annual forecasts, ad hoc forecasts).

• Deliver weekly KPI reports to the executive team and regional operators.

• Deliver the monthly financial reporting package including variance analysis/exception reporting.

• Manage and develop staff, partner with the executive team and regional operators.

• Deliver the revenue recognition model on a monthly basis.

• Responsible for De Novo and acquisition modeling and performance analysis including working capital analysis.

• Fulfill ad hoc requests.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field (Accounting, Finance, or Economics).

• MBA and/or CPA preferred

• Minimum of seven years of Finance/Accounting experience in a corporate setting.

• Advanced Excel skills (Index/Match, Offset/Transpose/Indirect, Sumifs, Sumproduct, Arrays, Charts and other Data Visualization tools); working knowledge of VBA preferred.

• Advanced financial modeling including DCF; ability to automate in excel.

• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Word.

• Proficiency in MS Access or other SQL based platform; working knowledge of SQL preferred.

• Strong management skills; ability to lead small team of analysts and senior analysts.

• Health Care background strongly preferred.

• Must have excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Superior interpersonal skills are required; must have the ability to lead and work well with teams
