Summary
We’re currently searching for an experienced Master Scheduler responsible for developing and maintaining a comprehensive schedule that integrates all activities required to successfully execute projects or operations for critical programs being delivered by the technology organizations. (examples of programs, mergers and acquisitions, ERP Transformation etc.). In this role the Master Scheduler is expected to collaborate across multiple large programs and projects, partner with key stakeholders to identify critical activities and interdependencies.
Master Scheduler Required Skills
Proficiency in project management software, such as Microsoft Project or Primavera, or Planview to develop and manage schedules..
Experience of project management methodologies and best practices.
Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools, such as Excel or Tableau, to generate reports and metrics.
Must Haves:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Master Scheduler or similar role, preferably in a project-based environment.
Certification in project management, such as PMP (Project Management Professional)
Proficient in the use of project management software.
PMP, or other PMI Certification
