A client of Insight Global is seeking a Behavior Specialist to design and implement structured environments and programmatic interventions that support individuals with challenging behaviors. The ideal candidate will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop effective behavior strategies, ensuring they align with each individual's Service Plan.
All work will be done at the clients main office in Hopkins, MN, with clients either traveling into the office or meeting via video conference. This Behavior Specialist will have an existing clientele base that they will take over and can expect to meet with 3-5 clients per day. You will need to be in-office every day for the first few months, but remote work will be flexible after that.

The client base is already set and steady, this Behavior Specialist will have an existing clientele base that they will take over. This person can expect to meet with 3-5 clients per day.
This role is slated to be a 9-month contract to hire, with working hours being M-F from 9am-5pm CST. This candidate will need to be in-office every day for the first few months, but remote work will be flexible after that. We are looking to pay between $28/hr-$36/hr for this role. Apply today
Key Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in either Psychology, Education, Special Education, Behavior.
Analysis/Management or related field 3+ years of professional experience in developing and/or implementing behavior support strategies or plans.
