Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role for an Office Assistant located in Murrieta, CA. The Office Assistant will be responsible for administrative assistance, office administration, managing office equipment, client service, and communication.

  • Accept calls/respond online inquiries and schedule meetings
  • Scan/import and manage documents on both electronically as well as physical copies
  • Assemble tax return copies
  • Various office tasks to be added



Qualifications

  • Previous experience in CPA/accounting firm is preferred
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Genuine personality with confidence and willingness to learn is a plus
  • Proficiency in Window's computer/Microsoft Office software (Word + Excel) is preferred
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency with Zoom is a plus
