About the Job

Work across multiple formats (print, digital, etc.) to create engaging and on-brand marketing materials that communicate Hoffmann Brothers’ value proposition to external and internal audiences and support Hoffmann Brothers’ strategic initiatives. Develops templates and provides design direction to others within the department to help maintain and continually improve Hoffmann Brothers’ brand presence and ensures all marketing communications and collateral comply with brand guidelines.

 

Responsibilities

  • Designs print, digital, and web-based corporate marketing collateral including but not limited to advertisements, brochures, sell sheets, digital communications, infographics, PowerPoint presentations, and web design in support of business development efforts and other organizational initiatives.
  • Assists in all production activities.
  • Collaborates with business leads and other internal partners to produce a variety of creative print and digital deliverables; presents design and branding proposals to project leads when required.
  • Manages multiple design projects while meeting deadlines; works with Marketing Project Manager to maintain the status of assigned projects.
  • Synchronizes marketing materials to ensure consistency in Hoffmann Brothers’ visual brand identity.
  • Performs other duties/projects as assigned.

 

Requirements

 

Education And Experience Required:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Arts or Design, Fine Arts, or equivalent related work experience
  • 3-5 years’ experience in a graphic design position
  • Experience with web design.

 

Preferred:

  • Experience with digital asset management platforms.

 

Skills And Abilities Required:

  • Intermediate Word, PowerPoint, InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator; Basic Excel, Dreamweaver, and HTML skills.
  • Ability to conceptualize and design multiple ideas/solutions for projects based on business requirements.
  • Ability to be flexible when needed, take initiative, and demonstrate accountability.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills demonstrating the ability to share and impart knowledge.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to new methods and work under tight deadlines.
  • Ability to set goals, multitask, and prioritize workload.
  • Basic investigative, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work well within a team environment and participate in department projects.
  • Ability to balance detail with departmental goals/objectives.
  • Ability to attend off-site photo and video projects for brand purposes.
  • Understanding of current practices and trends in marketing technology and media, and of how marketing and branding strategies intersect with design.

Preferred:

  • Advanced Word, PowerPoint, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign skills
  • Knowledge of business-to-business marketing communications
