ESC has an exciting opportunity for an Inventory Planner working onsite in Kirkland, WA to support our premier client’s internal team. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, self-starting, and able to work on several projects simultaneously. This is a 12-month contract role that provides an excellent opportunity for someone looking to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment, contributing to our client’s world-class customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in data accuracy so all tools and processes function as expected.
- Manage inbound shipments: PO tracking and maintenance, fill rates, operational issues, vendor communications.
- Analyze inventory position and SKU performance to determine inventory needs.
- Execute a variety of purchase orders, in-stock, and vendor related systems and reports.
Required Skills:
- 1-2 years of experience with inventory planning
- High School Diploma
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Must be highly organized, self-starting, and comfortable with business software, such as Excel.
- Must be flexible, possess good written and oral communication skills, be team-oriented, and able to meet tight deadlines while working on several projects simultaneously.
