**Job Summary:**


Our Client is seeking an experienced Commercial Electrical Construction Project Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will:


- Provide overall management for all phases of one or more commercial electrical projects.

- Develop new business opportunities with specific Clients, groups of Clients, or within a geographical area.

- Manage projects that exceed customers' expectations while ensuring adherence to NEC, company safety policies, and OSHA requirements.

- Establish project objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards per corporate policy.

- Represent the company in project meetings and assist in labor negotiations and strategy meetings.

- Manage the financial aspects of contracts to protect the company's interests and maintain strong relationships with Clients.

- Travel as required to fulfill project needs.


**Qualifications:**


- 5+ years of electrical construction project management experience in all phases of electrical projects over $10M, including mission-critical, ground-up construction, and remodeling.

A bachelor's Degree in engineering or construction management is preferred.

A valid Electrical License at the Journeyman or Master level is strongly preferred.

- Proficient in computer use, oral and written communications, and interpersonal skills.

- Strong business knowledge of vendors within the electrical construction industry.

- Ability to travel as required.

- Successful completion of pre-employment (post-offer) background check and MVR check, especially when responsibilities include operating motor vehicles.
