This role will drive significant improvements in their key systems and business processes. This is a fully remote position offering excellent work/life balance and the opportunity to make a substantial impact on enterprise operations.


Daily Responsibilities:

  • Identifying and documenting business needs, including understanding structure, processes, and operations
  • Resolving complex cross-functional stories and tasks in Jira
  • Acting as a liaison between business and ERP technology functions
  • Leading and conducting design, configuration, testing, training, deployment, and support of strategic projects
  • Recommending process improvements by analyzing industry and company best practices
  • Gathering requirements for IT solutions and identify impacted business processes for IT integration
  • Identifying system solutions within the JD Edwards EnterpriseOne ERP platform and ancillary solutions
  • Enhancing current system functionality by defining and documenting solution recommendations


Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of JD Edwards EnterpriseOne 9.x experience
  • Strong background in Supply Chain and/or Materials Management
  • Leadership skills with the ability to lead groups and cross-functional teams
  • Well-organized individual with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Personable and able to communicate with people at all levels


Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science/I.T.-related field
  • Experience with ServiceNow and Jira
  • Experience writing SQL queries
