The Morozko ice bath makes its own ice and maintains freezing cold temperatures, enabling daily cold water therapy year-round. Although not a medical device, it is designed to support a healthy lifestyle.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technical Writer/Copywriter in Phoenix, AZ.

The Technical Writer/Copywriter is responsible for creating internal and customer-facing product documentation, including user manuals, instruction manuals, and tutorials for ice bath equipment at the direction of our Research and Operations team leaders.

The Technical Writer/Copywriter will draft copy for marketing materials and web publication, including product descriptions and informational blogs, at the direction of the Media Manager and CMO. Other writing assignments may include documenting Morozko's designs, processes, manuals, bills of materials, specifications, publications, and other tasks that further Morozko’s Customer Success and Media & Marketing Plans and require understanding and communication of technical specifications.

Qualifications:

·        Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills

·        Demonstrated experience with technical writing, preferably in tech or healthcare-related fields

·        Experience drafting marketing materials and website copy

·        Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

·        Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams

·        Associate's degree or higher in Communications, English, or a related field is a plus

·        Work experience or familiarity with building trades and/or manufacturing is a plus

·        Experience with website editing and basic graphic design is a plus

·        Willingness to travel occasionally to attend industry events and team meetings.

·        Capacity for constructive conflict and ability to benefit from critique
