Position Description
Do you love crafting compelling content that connects with audiences? Are you a marketing professional with a knack for storytelling and a passion for design? If so, Hollstadt is looking for a talented Content Marketer like you to drive the growth of our content initiatives.
As our Content Marketer, you'll be the creative force behind our Marketing strategy. From crafting social media and blogs to videos, emails, and everything in between, you'll help us deliver valuable, informative, and engaging content that resonates with our target audiences.
What You'll Do
- Shape Our Brand Voice: Develop and maintain Hollstadt's unique brand voice, ensuring consistent messaging across all our content channels.
- Content Creation: Produce a wide range of content formats including social media posts, blog articles, whitepapers, website copy, email campaigns, and more.
- SEO Strategist: Optimize our content for search engines, ensuring it reaches the right people at the right time.
- Social Media Lead: Grow our social media presence, particularly on LinkedIn, with engaging content and strategic campaigns.
- Consultant Support: Curate and develop exciting learning programs and resources that empower our consultant base.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Strategy: Collaborate with the VP of Marketing + Digital on the development and execution of a comprehensive content strategy.
- Marketing Materials: Design and create visually appealing marketing materials such as presentations, sell sheets, and graphics.
- Website Management: Maintain and update website content, ensuring a seamless user experience. Assist in the website redesign project in 2024.
- Email Marketing: Write and deploy targeted email campaigns that nurture leads and drive engagement.
- Consultant Support: Design the monthly consultant newsletter, manage on-demand training portals, and coordinate consultant events and upskilling opportunities.
Qualifications We're Looking For
- Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 3-6 years of experience in a marketing or content management role.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills with the ability to adapt to different audiences and purposes.
- A natural storyteller with a passion for developing compelling content that leaves a lasting impression.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and ideally some experience with design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) and WordPress.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external consultants.
- A self-starter with excellent time management and organizational skills, able to prioritize and meet deadlines.
