Role Overview:
The role of HR Generalist is to support the day-to-day activities of the accounts. Experience with talent acquisition/retention, onboarding processes, comprehensive benefits/retirement plan administration, compensation planning, performance management, and compliance audits/reporting.
Functions:
- Employee Support and Client Relations - Providing top-level support to various clients, focusing on rapid response and high-quality interaction.
- Employee Handbooks and Policy Development - Oversee the process of creating and/or updating client employee handbooks as required.
- Compliance Reporting, Audits and Tracking - Coordinate with internal and external audit teams to facilitate comprehensive reviews and implement improvements based on audit findings, with a focus on client needs.
- Employee Benefits and 401K Oversight - Collaborate with premier benefits providers and retirement plan administrators to guarantee top-notch service delivery and compliance for clients.
- Performance Management - Provide support in performance management, career pathing and behavioral issues in client workplaces.
