Java Developer – QA Automation Engineer

6+ months Contract

Hybrid (Tue-Thur, Onsite Alpharetta, GA)


Responsibilities:

  • Develop, enhance, and maintain automated test scripts for functional, integration, and regression testing using Java and testing frameworks (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG).
  • Design and implement test strategies for REST APIs, ensuring comprehensive API coverage and performance testing.
  • Collaborate with developers and QA team members to identify and resolve bugs during the development lifecycle.
  • Build and maintain continuous integration and testing pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, Git, and Maven.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide feedback on automated test code to maintain high quality.
  • Develop performance and load testing strategies for backend APIs to ensure scalability and reliability.
  • Document and report test results, working with stakeholders to prioritize and resolve issues.
  • Stay updated on emerging trends and tools in test automation to enhance efficiency and test coverage.
