Software Developer – Digital Transformation TeamLocation: Charlotte, NC and NYCWe’re looking for an experienced Software Developer to join our growing development team as we drive a major digital transformation initiative. You’ll work on modernizing our systems, adopting a data-driven approach, and delivering scalable solutions that support our growth.What You’ll Do:Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications using Python, SQL, C#/.NET, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).Work with Business Analysts, Project Managers, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.Optimize SQL queries, improve application performance, and ensure software scalability.Contribute to system design and architecture decisions.What We’re Looking For:7–12 years of hands-on software development experience.Strong skills in Python and SQL, including complex queries and performance tuning.Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication skills for technical and business audiences.Team player with a proactive attitude and strong problem-solving skills.Nice to Have:Experience in financial services.Familiarity with IBM MQ, TIBCO, RabbitMQ, or other messaging tools.Experience with SOAP/REST APIs and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).Experience designing and architecting systems.B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science or related field.
