In this role, you will be instrumental in overseeing and managing the Institutial Sales, REO and Asset Management Division. This role will also support the day-to-day operations and work directly with the leadership division. ResponsibilitiesManage the full lifecycle of Institutional Assignments and REO assets from assignment to closingOversee timely property preservation, occupancy checks, and ongoing maintenance tasksCoordinate BPOs, appraisals, inspections, repairs, and rekeys with vendorsPrepare, submit, and update all tasks, notes, and documents within platforms like Equator, RES.NET, and PyramidMaintain accurate and compliant digital files for each assetTrack deadlines, monitor task queues, and follow up to ensure all timelines are metCommunicate regularly with asset managers, agents, vendors, attorneys, and internal team membersReview title, escrow, and compliance requirements to keep files on trackDraft and send necessary addendums, contracts, and addenda for REO transactionsManage utility initiation/shutoff and coordinate access for showings, contractors, and inspectorsPrepare weekly status updates and reports for asset managersHandle incoming inquiries from buyers, agents, and vendors with timely, professional communicationMonitor marketing activity, MLS status changes, price adjustments, and listing updatesEnsure all departmental systems, databases, and spreadsheets are kept currentSupport the REO team with administrative tasks, special projects, and daily operational needsSupport the senior executive leader of the division on the daily calendar events, scheduling and coordination of day-to-day responsibilities.THIS IS AN IN-PERSON ROLE.
