Summary

We are seeking an Asset Manager to join our dynamic team at Pearson Realty Group/PRG Management. In this role, you will be instrumental in overseeing and managing the Institutial Sales, REO and Asset Management Division. This role will also support the day-to-day operations and work directly with the leadership division.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full lifecycle of Institutional Assignments and REO assets from assignment to closing
  • Oversee timely property preservation, occupancy checks, and ongoing maintenance tasks
  • Coordinate BPOs, appraisals, inspections, repairs, and rekeys with vendors
  • Prepare, submit, and update all tasks, notes, and documents within platforms like Equator, RES.NET, and Pyramid
  • Maintain accurate and compliant digital files for each asset
  • Track deadlines, monitor task queues, and follow up to ensure all timelines are met
  • Communicate regularly with asset managers, agents, vendors, attorneys, and internal team members
  • Review title, escrow, and compliance requirements to keep files on track
  • Draft and send necessary addendums, contracts, and addenda for REO transactions
  • Manage utility initiation/shutoff and coordinate access for showings, contractors, and inspectors
  • Prepare weekly status updates and reports for asset managers
  • Handle incoming inquiries from buyers, agents, and vendors with timely, professional communication
  • Monitor marketing activity, MLS status changes, price adjustments, and listing updates
  • Ensure all departmental systems, databases, and spreadsheets are kept current
  • Support the REO team with administrative tasks, special projects, and daily operational needs
  • Support the senior executive leader of the division on the daily calendar events, scheduling and coordination of day-to-day responsibilities.
