Canvas Manager

At Smiling Sun Solar, we believe in treating our employees just as great as our customers. We’re looking for a Canvas Manager to head our new office in Northern Virginia. This position will report directly to the VP of Marketing. The preferred candidate will have previous experience managing a sales team and/or a team of canvassers. This position will have a lot of responsibility but no shortage of rewards and compensation. 


The Canvas Manager will support the start up of our Northern VA office and eventually manage up to 100 canvassers. The right person will need to have experience recruiting, hiring, training, handling employee relations, and overall produce daily appointments for our closers directly and indirectly through their team. The Canvas Manager will be compensated for each appointment as well as each sale their team makes.
