Broad Responsibilities:

  • Compensation Strategy and Analysis: Develop and implement global compensation strategies, including competitive benchmarking and modeling. Manage annual and mid-year compensation cycles, ensuring accuracy and alignment with company goals.
  • Collaboration and Guidance: Work with business unit leaders, HR Business Partners, and finance teams to provide guidance on compensation reviews, bonus planning, and equity awards. Support the creation of competitive compensation offers.
  • Financial Reporting and Forecasting: Assist in financial analysis and reporting related to compensation, including budgets, forecasts, and long-term planning. Collaborate with FP&A teams to ensure financial accuracy and alignment.
  • Mentorship and Executive Support: Mentor junior compensation professionals and prepare materials for executive meetings. Present findings and provide data-driven recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Operational Support: Manage compensation reporting, respond to data inquiries from managers and employees, and coordinate with relevant teams on employee equity and awards.


Qualifications:

  • Experience: 8+ years of experience in compensation management or related HR/Finance field, preferably within a financial services or private equity environment.
  • Skills: Expertise in compensation analysis, market benchmarking, and program administration. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in compensation management systems and software.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated ability to work with senior leadership and influence compensation strategy. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment with a focus on strategic and operational excellence.
