We are seeking a Product Developer to join our Apparel team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project management, textiles, trims, and graphics, with a deep understanding of the product creation process from concept to production. As a creative problem-solver, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Design, Technical Design, Product Management, and factory partners, to ensure product quality, manufacturability, and alignment with consumer needs.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the product development process, ensuring prototypes meet quality standards and manufacturing feasibility.
  • Manage assigned styles, providing feedback on quality, craftsmanship, and production timelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve challenges and meet calendar milestones.
  • Create and update documentation, including Bills of Materials (BOMs), and participate in proto reviews.
  • Identify and address risks related to quality and manufacturability.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Apparel Design, Textile Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of experience in apparel development, including materials, construction, and manufacturing.
  • Expertise in product specifications, costing, and quality standards.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator
  • experience with CAD software (e.g., Optitex, CLO) is a plus.
