Position Overview:


The primary focus of this role will be supporting SAP HCM functionalities, particularly SuccessFactors payroll. You will be instrumental in enhancing and maintaining the SuccessFactors EC-Payroll system. Collaboration with Technical Leads, Engineers, Architects, and Operations teams will be essential to develop design solutions. Additionally, you will provide input to Product Managers regarding planning roadmaps and backlog prioritization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing, testing, deploying, and supporting automated solutions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, support, and implement SAP Payroll (ECC and SuccessFactors).
  • Manage and maintain SAP ECC HCM and SuccessFactors EC Payroll.
  • Design, configure, and maintain payroll components, including deductions, cumulations, and benefit deductions integration.
  • Enable and configure payroll features in both ECC and EC Payroll.
  • Configure wage types, taxation rules, and manage BSI upgrades.
  • Handle US garnishments, FI GL mapping, and month-end accruals.
  • Create and maintain time types, payroll, and time management rules.
  • Manage SAP Payroll year-end adjustments and claims functionality.
  • Set up and test prototypes, provide POC, and knowledge transfer.
  • Collaborate with developers on payroll interfaces and internal reports.
  • Utilize ABAP Query for payroll reconciliation reports.
  • Review and test payroll-related changes in SAP HR support packages.
  • Support SAP Payroll to EC Payroll transformation.
  • Apply AGILE methodology and participate in daily scrum reporting.
  • Use ServiceNow, HP ALM, Jira, Teams, and MS Office tools.
  • Address access-related issues with SailPoint/IDV and SAP security.
  • Analyze and resolve production issues.


Qualifications:

  • 7-8 years of experience in SAP Payroll (ECC and SuccessFactors).
  • Strong understanding of HCM functions and HR business processes.
  • Proficiency in managing and maintaining SAP ECC HCM and SuccessFactors EC Payroll.
  • Expertise in designing, configuring, and maintaining SAP payroll components.
  • Experience with BSI upgrades and US tax management.
  • Skilled in configuring garnishments and FI GL mapping.
  • Ability to create and maintain time types and payroll rules.
  • Expertise in SAP Payroll year-end adjustments and claims.
  • Proficiency in setting up prototypes, providing POC, and knowledge transfer.
  • Collaboration skills for payroll interfaces and internal reports.
  • Proficiency in ABAP Query for payroll reports.
  • Experience with SAP Payroll to EC Payroll transformation.
