The ideal candidate must have strong experience working in a high-volume revenue.

Duties may include:

-Will oversee revenue cycle functions from Patient Registration, credentialing, insurance, billing, collections

-Develop and mentor RCM staff

-Asses metrics, refine and improve processes.

-Monitor collections, denials and posting

Musts:

-Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field

-8+ yrs revenue cycle leadership experience in a multi-unit Outpatient Organization.

-Strong understanding of managed care products

-Strong knowledge of healthcare insurance

-Open to travel
