Responsibilities:
  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients. Maintain and enhance client relationships through regular communication and excellent service. Key point of contact for new and existing client base.

  • Regular Check-Ins: Conduct regular check-ins with clients, team leads and in-house content creators to update on project progress and address any concerns.
  • Brainstorming Sessions: Collaborate with teammates and clients to brainstorm and develop new service packages tailored to their needs.
  • Meeting Facilitation: Lead meetings with clients and team members, taking detailed notes and compiling action items and deadlines.
  • Community Engagement: Attend occasional events to build and nurture relationships with current clients and future prospects.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of project details, client communications, notes and internal discussions. Spearhead and manage client analytics tracking. Creation of project proposals.
  • Quality Control: Collaborate with creative teams/CEO to monitor the quality of work and feedback to ensure that deliverables appropriately meet expectations. Conducting post-project analysis to identify what worked well and what could be improved in the future.
  • Proposals & Billing Support: Collaborate with the team on writing/editing/proofreading proposals and providing billing support as identified.
  • Other Duties as Assigned


Candidate Profile:
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, &/or a related field/experience.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a project management role is essential.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization abilities.
  • Proven experience with project management software and tools, Google Suite.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to change.
  • Abilities:
  • Keen attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
  • Leadership qualities, ability to motivate others towards a common goal.
  • Personal Qualities: We're looking for a candidate who takes ownership of their career growth, sets ambitious goals, and actively seeks resources and experiences to achieve them. The ideal candidate is proactive, client-focused, friendly, flexible, reliable, dependable, self-confident, outstanding verbal and written skills, desire to create and maintain relationships, strong time management skills, a professional demeanor, willingness to work occasional evening or weekend assignments, a desire to collaborate with colleagues, and the ability to work cooperatively with people of diverse personal and industry backgrounds.


Hours & Location:

The Project Coordinator is a full time (40 Hour/Week) position; generally Monday through Friday ~9AM – 5PM, however occasional flexibility is required for occasional before or after hours events, conferences, etc. Office is based in Brownsburg, IN. Occasional overnight or weekend travel (for example attending conferences) is a possibility several times per year.


Pay & Benefits:

$21/hour, plus commission opportunities. Paid lunch/personal breaks (up to 1 hour per day M-F). Employees receive (12) days of all-inclusive PTO (in addition to (6) paid national holidays). 401K matching plan after (6) months & health insurance reimbursement plan after (3) months. Annual year-end bonuses have also historically been given to all employees, based on individual performance and profits.
