Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or related field.

· Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and concepts to stakeholders at all levels.

· Knowledge of banking systems, processes, and regulations.

· Experience with data analysis and visualization tools.

· Familiarity with Agile methodologies.

· Relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) are a plus.
