  • Mentor application/system administrators and provide escalation support for critical issues.
  • Provide 24x7 on-call support for critical issues.
  • Focus on continuous improvement in system reliability through automation and monitoring.
  • Lead enterprise infrastructure projects related to Microsoft 365 services.
  • Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture and Security on platform architecture and security strategies.
  • Manage vendor relationships and advocate for beneficial features.
  • Evaluate, implement, and operationalize new capabilities.

Requirements:

  • 7 years of experience in IT or a related field.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience/training.
  • Technical engineering experience with Microsoft 365 technologies (e.g., Azure AD, Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams).
