Our SaaS platform, Phamily, provides healthcare systems and physicians with an AI-powered virtual care platform that enables them to efficiently and easily manage the chronic conditions and general healthcare needs of their patients between office visits, while also increasing their own reimbursement and financial sustainability in the process. Phamily helps transform healthcare from reactive episodic treatment to proactive care management.

What You’ll Be Doing:

We are looking for an entrepreneurial Machine Learning Engineer to join our lean, mean, innovative team of people on a mission to build the best AI-driven smart care management platform on the planet.

  • Bonus: Experience with healthcare and clinical data


What Skills You’ll Need:

  • Strong background in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, LLMs, and Transformers
  • Experience with machine learning frameworks and tools (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, Vertex AI)
  • Strong programming skills in Python and data processing libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy)
  • Proficiency in data preprocessing, cleaning, labeling to ensure high-quality datasets
  • Expertise in model evaluation techniques, accuracy metrics, hyperparamater and fine-tuning
  • 2+ years industry experience building, deploying and scaling ML models and big data projects in production environments
  • Effective collaborator within cross-functional teams and with stakeholders
  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field
