Position: IT Analyst/Project Manager (1-Year Contract)

Location: Dayton, MN (Onsite, 5 days a week)


Contract Duration: 1 year with potential for extension or contract-to-hire.


Work Schedule: Primarily based in Dayton, MN, with occasional travel to the Minneapolis location (approximately once a month). No daily travel between locations.


Company Overview: Our new distribution center in Dayton, operational for a few months, houses around 200 employees. This facility is experiencing various operational issues that require dedicated IT support.


Role Overview: We are seeking a proactive IT Analyst/Project Manager to act as the primary IT point of contact for our Dayton distribution center. This role involves managing technical projects, providing hyper care, and addressing urgent issues.


Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the IT point person for all issues at the Dayton distribution center.
  • Manage triage and SWAT team efforts to resolve technical problems.
  • Take on and manage technical projects arising from operational issues.
  • Occasionally travel to the Minneapolis location for IT-related tasks (infrequently, about once a month).


Qualifications:

  • Experience as an IT Analyst and Project Manager.
  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies and Jira.
  • Strong sense of urgency and sensitivity in handling complex projects.
  • (Preferred) Experience in warehouse management, supply chain, distribution center operations, shipping, or manufacturing.
