The candidate will also need to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that products meet quality standards, user requirements, and customer expectations.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure the quality of software products.
  • Identify and report defects and issues to development teams, as well as assist in the resolution of identified issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that products meet user requirements, customer expectations, and quality standards.
  • Communicate project progress and status to stakeholders, including senior management, and provide regular reports.
  • Provide input on product design and development to ensure that it is optimized for testing and quality assurance.
  • Develop and maintain test documentation, including test cases, test scripts, and other testing artifacts.
  • Continuously improve the QA process and procedures to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of testing efforts.


Requirements:


  • 3+ years of experience in quality assurance, software testing, or related fields
  • 3+ years of experience in Microsoft SQL or other database platforms
  • 3+ years of experience in testing APIs, Postman is a plus
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in an agile development environment
  • Knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes
  • Experience with test automation tools, such as Selenium or Appium, is a plus
  • Familiarity with programming languages, such as C#, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, is a plus
