Responsibilities:

  • Develop, writes, and edits content for the People Centers Knowledge Base articles for use within Service Now
  • Prepares written documentation to transfer technical information about HR concepts, situations, products, services, or results to audiences with varying levels of technical knowledge
  • Collaborate with HR managers and specialists to gather the necessary information such as policies, procedures and guides
  • Translate complex HR policies into understandable, easy-to-read documents
  • Write user-friendly content that meets the needs of the target audience, turning insights language that sets our users up for success
  • Identify, review, and organize existing documentation to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency
  • Create easy-to-understand user interfaces texts, articles, online help and training guides
  • Ensure information is presented in a way that is easy to understand by diverse audiences


Requirements:

  • ServiceNow experience preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in English, Technical Writing or a related field
  • Experience in technical writing of HR-related documents
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite
  • Experience writing clear and concise text, articles, reports, process guides, or other document types for various audiences
  • Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills
