Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Westlake, TX for an Architectural Designer. The Architectural Designer is responsible for producing high quality project design deliverables from project conception through construction documentation. The Architectural Designer is expected to work on any and all phases of project development including Discovery, Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documentation, FFEA Selection and Branding, and Construction Administration, with a focus on honing the architectural design of each project. They will report directly to the Project Architect or Project Manager, and can manage their time to meet known deliverables and deadlines at the quality established at the beginning of tasks. The Architectural Designer shall be competent in technology and technical abilities to facilitate the production of the project to completion. An Architectural Designer will have 3+ years experience in both commercial architecture and design industry.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Architecture, Construction Drawings, and Architectural Design
• Experience in creating design drawings and urban planning documents
• Excellent drawing and illustration skills
• Proficiency in using Revit & CAD
• Familiar with Enscape, Twinmotion, ProCreate, and Bluebeam
• Experience in conceptualizing and designing architectural projects
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
• Experience in the commercial and residential architecture fields is a plus
• Strong proficiency in idea generation, vision casting, and rapid prototyping
