Job Description: Bilingual (Tagalog) CSR/Order Processor

Location: Pomona, CA

Schedule/Compensation: M-F 8am-4:30p, $25.00/hr., TTH

We are a well-established, family-owned company in Pomona that has been proudly serving our clients for almost 40 years. We are seeking a seasoned Bilingual (Tagalog) Customer Service Representative (CSR)/Order Processor to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service & Order Processing: Handle customer inquiries and process all incoming orders in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Order Verification: Verify the unit cost and potential discounts for every item on a purchase order and ensure they match the corresponding sales order.
  • Order Adjustments: Process any necessary corrections, deletions, or additions to purchase orders. Notify the warehouse immediately of any updates or changes prior to order shipment.
  • Invoicing: Generate and send accurate invoices to clients based on processed orders.
  • Multitasking: Manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment, ensuring precision and customer satisfaction.
  • Communication: Maintain clear and professional communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and resolution of issues.
  • Attention to Detail: Ensure all data entered into the system is accurate, consistent, and up-to-date to prevent any issues with order processing, invoicing, or shipping.

Qualifications:

  • Bilingual in Tagalog and English: Strong communication skills in both languages (written and verbal) are essential for interacting with our diverse customer base *preferred
  • Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years in a similar CSR or order processing role, preferably in a manufacturing or construction-related industry.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to focus on accuracy and handle a variety of tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong Multitasking & Organizational Skills: Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with order processing systems and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
  • Commitment: We are looking for someone who is interested in long-term growth and stability with our company (at least 10 years)
